Sex doesn’t only make you feel good, it can also be good for you, especially to your health. Studies show that sex brought about a few health benefits and sex-drive killers. Beyond that, sex along with intimacy can boost someone’s self esteem and happiness. It can’t only make you healthy but also a happy one. Sex is an indicator of good health as well as contributing to it.

Sex uses about five calories per minute, four more calories than watching TV. It gives you a one-two punch, it bumps your heart rate and uses various muscles.
So if you are so caught up with your work, never be busy in sparing a time in having sex. You may even want to clear your schedule for a regular basis, it doesn’t just give you pleasure but it also make you healthy. “Like exercise, consistency helps maximizes the benefits,” Pinzone says.
But this latest study really shows that sex uses only a few calories, the treadmill used about three times many. The sex was also likely to be more energetic than usual because people knew they were being monitored.
Sex is good for you, but it isn’t always an exercise: Karelis points out that sometimes sex isn’t hot and heavy and doesn’t always last long, so you can’t count every quickie as a moderate workout. “Sex should not replace regular exercise,” Karelis says. “Rather, sex and exercise should both be incorporated into your routine on a regular basis. Studies show that each improves health, so the combination of the two leads to a greater quality life.”
Sex is not just about satisfying one’s pleasure or satisfaction purposes, it is also considered a one form of exercise and it brings out a lot of health benefits. So if you are so negative about the idea of sex? Think twice! It comes with a package, it doesn’t only make you feel good, it can also be good to your health. Yes, it’s the pleasure for your health.
