Peanuts: food for the Brain

Neurotransmitters are proteins that are required for the brain to manufacture chemicals, which brain cells use to communicate with one another. There are two important neurotransmitters; the norepinephrine and dopamine. The brain requires protein, vitamins, minerals, fiber and primarily unsaturated fats. Peanut and peanut butter are nutritious food which contains all these nutrients needed by brain. They are good natural source to sustain the brain and nervous system.  They are cholesterol-free and also good for balanced diet and it maintains heart health. Peanut is a very affordable and also the most popular brain booster for the reason that it is broad and available in this world.

Peanut has a high nutritional value because it is high in vitamin B6, protein and has a good source of folate and naturally cholesterol free. That is why it is a brain booster and one of the most excellent foods for students. It aids to maintain steady sugar level in the body when you are eating and keep your brain active. It is better to eat this kind of food instead of eating chips that is salty and crunching chocolates. To add some knowledge about nuts, we cannot deny the fact that they are high in calories but study shows that people who consistent in eating nuts really weigh less.
